Marcus goes to camp

Monte and I took Marcus to camp last night!!!! Oh my, that was MUCH harder than I thought it would be. He was fine, talking to all the other campers and couselors, but driving out of the parking lot was excruciating for me. I cried for the first 20 minutes.

We were waiting in the line to give the nurse his meds, he gave us a hug goodbye and he was off. He never gave us a second glance. I'm glad he was ok, but I still worry about him. Guess it's harder for me to let him go and be himself. I'm afraid I don't give him enough credit, thinking that he needs me all the time. ::sigh::

We look forward to picking him up tomorrow afternoon and hearing ALL about it!!! Here are some pictures from registration. He took a disposable camera along, so his counselors can take pictures of him over the weekend!!!
