Blog Searching

Does anybody know if there is a way to search for other blogs, based on content? For example, I'm looking to find more families who are affected by autism, who blog with blogger?

Is there a way?

I'm not sure, however I would just try a google search of "blogger" "families affected by autism" and see if that gets you anywhere. Good luck!
