Today is our '"bubba's" birthday!! He got to open his first present this morning, before going to school. He opened the gift Grandpa & Mary sent to him. They got him this really neat book called "My Very Own Name". It's a story about animals picking out his name. The first page has the 'M' with an 'M' animal, page 2 has "Ma" with an "A" animal, page 3 has "Mar" with an "R" animal, etc. It goes through his first and last name. How cool!!! Here is a video clip. He saw me hide the present when it came in the mail, so he knew right where to go when I said it was time to open one. :)

Dorian - each of my children has that same book - look in the book - does it say that is was made in Cannon Falls Minnesota? That is where ours was made. My dad and step mom live there and they picked up a book for each grandchild. They are such neat books. Happy Birthday Marcus! I was thinking his birthday was on my birthday but nope - him and Isaiah share a birthday instead :)
